It’s easy to forget how many gems are right here until someone strings them together like this. From Baylands boardwalks to Junior Museum creatures, this guide brings out the wonder in everyday outings. I also loved that it included ideas that adults genuinely enjoy too. It’s a rare find when a family guide speaks to all ages.

We’ve been living in Palo Alto for a little over a year now, and it’s honestly been a dream come true for our family. We moved here from Germany for my partner’s tech job, and it was really important to find a place that felt family-friendly, safe, and full of opportunities to grow roots. Palo Alto has delivered on all of that and more. The 🚶walkable neighborhoods, the endless parks, and the calm, tree-lined streets were an instant hit with our kids. Our preschooler loves the libraries and outdoor play spaces, and our baby is always 👁️wide-eyed during our weekend walks.

The post could also mention how community-oriented Palo Alto feels despite being in the heart of Silicon Valley. Yes,…
