ENROLLMENT PROCESS:
Here are the things you need to know to get enrolled!
STEP 1) Join the Wait-list to schedule a tour.*(see note below)*
STEP 2) Attend a tour and get informed about our facility and how we operate.
STEP 3) Decide whether Tikiland is right for your family.
STEP 4) Receive confirmation that your desired spot is available.
STEP 4)Pay the deposit and registration fee to secure your child's position at Tikiland.
STEP 6) Bring your completed registration packet on the first day of care.
STEP 7) Enjoy the wonderful feeling of being part of the Tikiland Family!
We accept all major Debit/credit cards via Paypal for your convenience. We also provide invoices bi-weekly or monthly so you don't have to remember when tuition payments are due!
*(NOTE)* Though we realize that the concept of paying to join the wait-list prior to being able to tour our facility is a unique concept; we have very specific reasons as to why we have this process. Our duty is first and foremost to the children and the families of the children who attend our facility. We take our jobs as caretakers very seriously and go to great lengths to ensure that they receive the best care possible. Unfortunately, tours can be quite distracting and take some of our attention away from the children. It can also be hard for some of the kids to see so many new and unfamiliar faces. So in doing this process, we are ensuring that we are hosting tours only for those families who are truly serious about the possibility of joining the Tikiland Family. Additionally this also gives us the unique ability to host tours for interested families in a more timely manner (usually within the same week of inquiry) as well as offer a FREE 1/2 DAY OF CARE (a $72 value) to really try out our services and see if it is a good fit for everyone. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but hope that you can understand that this process helps give peace of mind to the families who attend our daycare that their children are getting the most attentive care possible in a facility that is safe and secure.
